That's why we offer the Planning Roundtable, which brings together the right people within your organization to look at sales and marketing and any other relevant area. We look at your business from all perspectives, and help you articulate ideas and reach conclusions about key issues affecting your sales and marketing. We analyze how internal processes – such as sales, internal communications, and customer feedback – can be fine-tuned. Implementation

Once your team has agreed on the strategy and tactics, Marketalk will work with you to implement them. When outside resources are required, we will estimate costs, identify qualified professionals, retain their services, and oversee their work. We maintain strategic relationships with a full complement of professionals, include graphic designers, PR advisors, sales trainers, HR experts, and more.

If you already have suppliers in place, we will provide general oversight of programs and projects, quality assurance, and project management. Our service is especially valuable for the professional development of your junior marketing personnel. We¹ll give your team the knowledge, tools and choice to do this work on your own.
